Mixer Modules
High-performance RF and microwave mixer modules engineered for frequency conversion, signal processing and communication systems, providing excellent conversion loss, wide operating bandwidth and outstanding linearity for demanding laboratory, radar and wireless applications.
An integrated structural design approach is adopted to achieve 75–110 GHz up- and down-conversion functions. The mixer module requires an LO drive power of 13 dBm and has a conversion loss of 12 dB.
